RACHEL CARSON PERSONAL LIFE Rachel Carson was born on May 27, 1907 in a small town in USA. She lived on a farm very much in contact with nature. PROFESIONAL LIFE She work hard to enter in a university, She starts in English Literature but soon switched to Biology. She graduated and continious study but her family problems prevent her to continous studing. She began working first as a teacher and then obtained a contract at the US Fish and Wildlife server. Although she didn't see the sea until she is 22,her pasion for marine biology and ocean biodiversity was enormous. BOOK Richael start writting and in 1962 she published her best-know. The earthquake that caused her book was the reason why the US Environmental Protection Agency was created and many of the demands that Rachel made in it became political measures.
